I'm going to give you frameworks for crafting impactful stories. My suggestion is to craft ONE great story and work it into at least FIVE conversations. Then, move onto the next story!

In my membership site, I followed the formula and broke down the following 90-second story.

It took me 29 minutes to go from a rough draft to a finished version—and as I explain in the video, it took a few recordings to nail it.

This was recorded over a year ago, and since then, I’ve used this story 20-30 times—in conversations, on stage, everywhere.

I didn’t always land the ending perfectly, but over time, I refined it.

This is now part of my collection of staple stories—the go-to stories I keep on hand for impromptu speaking. Most speakers have a few; I have around 85. And with this framework, I can craft new stories on the spot.
