All Your Questions Regarding Speaker Secrets Answered
Is there a group coaching option?
There will be, as my calendar fills two things continually happen; my fees go up, and you get stuck in a group or someone who works for me. Not that group training is bad, the difference is that you'll be doing the same exercise when training in a group as training private. That means that your speaking time drops significantly in a group. Listen, if you tell me that you can talk to a couple of people, but you fear talking to a group. You don't understand speaking well enough. Learning speaking by speaking in front of a group is only effective if you are practicing the right techniques, if you're not practicing the exact right way, you are learning bad habits. Think of it like this, you don't learn to dribble a basketball during games, you learn to dribble by always having a ball on you, so you can bounce it on all surfaces without having to pass it every 5 seconds.
What's the time commitment?
4 hours in one month with me, and then however long it takes to complete the 2 minute video exercise. I shoot my videos in real time and show you the process of improving. One video took me two minutes to make, and another video took me 30 minutes to create (I FF the learning parts to keep my videos to 2 mins). I don't do fancy video editing because I want you just create your video, and send it. If this scares you then good. How many people can watch themselves back on camera without being judgemental??? You have to get over that if you want to be a speaker.
How do the events work?
Right now I'm honing in my marketing efforts so I can build up a network of professionals to attend. I have one date in mind already, the 3rd weekend in October. The way my events go is there will be training because that's what I do, and we'll have an NHL Goalie mindset coach work on our mindset, and then speakers in this program will have opportunities to share your knowledge, experience, plug your business, or just attend the event, it's up to you. There will also be cash prizes and incredible speaking challenges.

I'm a guy who is so serious about speaking and leading that I once drew eyes on blank papers and pasted them around my living room so I had a 24 hour practice audience. You may feel the same but you have me. I had no-one. I entered 22 speech competitions and lost more than I won. I recorded every loss, do you know how painful those were to watch?
